Book Buying

Last Wednesday Mrs Moore and I had a great day choosing new books for our library.
What did we get? Well that is a surprise for when you come on your next visit! But we not only bought books! We also now have five more native birds in the library and a Hairy Maclary!

New Books for Week Nine

Mrs Howard Loves to Read

Recently we had a visit from Mrs Howard, our ESOL support assistant. She kindly read to Room 6 one of her favourite books Fire! Fire! by Lesley Rees.
Even though it was very noisy outside due to the construction of our new classroom block we all enjoyed listening to someone new!!

                        My favourite new book this week is: One Smart Fish by Chris Wormell.
                        This is a funny tale about a fish who wants to walk on land!
